Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Late Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary. However, to respect the time and commitment of your artist, we enforce the following cancellation and late policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will forfeit their deposit, which will no longer be applied to the appointment. After 20 minutes, the appointment may be subject to cancellation, without a refund of the deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring this policy, which allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate all clients.
